KVKK Disclosure Statement

Data controller

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), your personal data is processed by EğlendiRio as the data controller, as described below.

Personal data processed

Identity and contact data (name, email), account and usage records (sessions, your preferred language and city), basic profile information shared by social sign-in providers, contact data recorded by businesses in the loyalty program (phone number), and records related to participation notifications are processed.

Purposes and legal bases

Your data is processed to provide the service and to establish/perform the contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c), to secure accounts and prevent abuse (legitimate interest, art. 5/2-f), and, where you have consented, for optional purposes such as email campaigns. Non-essential processing relies on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Transfers

Your personal data may be shared with hosting, database, storage and email infrastructure providers, only as far as necessary, on our instructions, and under confidentiality obligations. Where a transfer abroad occurs, the conditions of KVKK art. 9 are met.

Rights of the data subject (KVKK art. 11)

Under article 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing, know third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad, request correction of incomplete or incorrect data, request deletion or destruction, and withdraw consent for consent-based processing.
