The service

EğlendiRio is a platform that presents event, venue, route and city guide content, enables event registrations (RSVP), and lets businesses run loyalty programs. By using the service you accept these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and the confidentiality of your password. Actions taken through your account are deemed taken by you; report unauthorized use to us as soon as you notice it. Sharing one account among several people is not permitted.

User content

You are responsible for the reviews, photos and similar content you share. Content may pass moderation; unlawful, abusive, rights-infringing or spam content may be removed without prior notice, and repeat violations may lead to account suspension.

RSVPs and event registrations

Event registrations are subject to the capacity and screening rules set by the organizer. Pending registrations are accepted at the organizer's discretion; your attendance is not guaranteed until approved. When you cannot attend, cancelling frees your spot for the waitlist.

Loyalty programs

Loyalty points and rewards belong to each business's own program; points carry no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Earning and redemption rules are set by the business, which is the primary contact for disputes. Points obtained fraudulently may be cancelled.

Prohibited use

Disrupting the service, automated bulk data scraping, harassing other users, and creating registrations or content with false information are prohibited; such conduct may lead to permanent account closure.

Limits of liability

The platform presents events and content organized by third parties; the organizer is responsible for an event's content, safety or cancellation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is not warranted to be uninterrupted or error-free, and no liability is accepted for indirect damages.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes are announced within the service. Continuing to use the service after an announcement means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by Turkish law.
