Data we collect

EğlendiRio collects the minimum data needed to provide the service. When you create an account we store your name and email address; with email sign-in we store only a password hash. With social sign-in we receive the basic profile the provider shares (name, email).

Businesses you join in the loyalty program may record your phone number and, if provided, your date of birth. Those records belong to the business scope and are anonymized when you leave the business.

Event and venue view counts are measured with one beacon per browser session; no IP address, user agent or cookie is collected, and the counts are not processed as personal data.

Why we process data

We process your data only to create your account and keep you signed in, send reminders and change notices for events you follow or joined, tailor the service to your language and city, fix errors, and prevent abuse.

Third parties

The infrastructure providers we rely on (hosting, database, file storage, email delivery) process your data only on our instructions. Social sign-in providers (Google, Facebook, Apple) are involved only in their own sign-in flow; their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

We never sell your data for advertising; your email campaign consents can be revoked at any time with the one-click unsubscribe link in every campaign email.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. When your account is deleted, profile data is removed; transaction records may be retained as long as legal obligations require. Notification and email delivery logs are kept for at most 180 days.

Your rights

Under the KVKK and applicable law you may access your data, ask for correction, deletion or anonymization, and withdraw consent. Contact us with your request; we respond within thirty days at the latest.
